Stress Management Online Workshop
Come learn about stress and how to combat it in our free online workshop. Over the course of the workshop you will learn about the different types of stress, how to recognize your own stressors, and ways to manage stress when it sneaks up on you. We will teach you relaxation, time-managment, and goal-setting techniques, as well as ways to manage stress through proper nutrition, fitness and sleep.
